1Introduction & Applicability

By using the Betopia Limited website or mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Betopia Limited and all its members.

These terms and conditions apply to all services on the Betopia Limited platform, including the website, mobile app, API, and other digital services. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2Account & Registration

When opening an account with Betopia Limited, you must provide accurate and complete information. Your name, mobile number, and date of birth must all be truthful. Betopia Limited reserves the right to close any account registered with false information at any time.

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be permanently closed and balances may be forfeited.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• This account is for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party.
• Your registered mobile number is the sole channel for account communications. To update your number, please contact support.

3Age & Eligibility

Betopia Limited's services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only. Age verification may be required at registration and withdrawal. If an underage user is found to have accessed the platform, their account and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

In addition, users must be a citizen or legal resident of Bangladesh and must not be subject to any legal restrictions in order to use Betopia Limited's services.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals at Betopia Limited must be made using payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing from or withdrawing to someone else's account is strictly prohibited.

• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Betopia Limited may request additional verification for any suspicious transactions.
• Betopia Limited reserves the right to immediately suspend any account suspected of money laundering or illegal activity.

5Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on Betopia Limited at all times. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed – only Betopia Limited may void a bet under exceptional circumstances.

• Confirmed bets cannot be withdrawn.
• If a match or event is postponed or cancelled, the associated bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Betopia Limited reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• A maximum betting limit applies to each event. This limit varies depending on the event.
• Any bet found to have exploited a system error or odds discrepancy will be cancelled.
• Betopia Limited is not liable for bets lost due to disconnection during live betting.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Betopia Limited periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and other promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the bonus page.

• Rollover Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager a specified amount — typically 5–20x the bonus value.
• Time Limit: If the rollover requirement is not met within the specified period after the bonus is issued, the bonus will be forfeited.
• A bonus can be used once: Each member may claim each promotion once only.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses unfairly will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and winnings.
• Winnings derived from a bonus cannot be used to earn further bonuses – only deposits made with real funds are eligible for bonus rewards.

7Jackpot Rules

Betopia Limited's progressive jackpot is a special rewards programme. Please familiarise yourself with the jackpot rules below:

• To be eligible for a jackpot, a minimum bet must be placed on the specified game or event.
• Large jackpot payouts require identity verification and additional security checks.
• Jackpot winnings will be credited to your account within 48 hours.
• Any jackpot claim resulting from a technical error that caused an incorrect display will be void.
• A member may win multiple jackpots on the same day, subject to the applicable daily maximum limit.

8Fair Use Policy

Betopia Limited is committed to maintaining a fair and balanced platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Using odds arbitrage strategies to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit any system vulnerability or bug.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for any illegal activity.

Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and may lead to legal action.

• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• If evidence of suspicious or illegal activity is found.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.

Members may request to close or temporarily suspend their account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining valid balance will be refunded before the account is closed.

11Dispute Resolution

For any dispute regarding a bet or transaction, contact Betopia Limited's support team first. Disputes are typically reviewed within 72 hours.

• Dispute deadline: within 30 days of the incident.
• Server logs and records will serve as the definitive evidence in resolving all disputes.
• The decision of Betopia Limited shall be considered final.

Betopia Limited reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via SMS to their registered mobile number or through in-app notifications. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
